S ay to the descendants of Jacob (Israel)
- Y ou saw what I did to Egypt
- I f you obey me fully and keep my covenant
- t hen out of all the nations you will be my treasured possession
- y ou will be for me a kingdom of priest

- T he people all responded together, we will do everything the Lord has said

Exod-24 (1446 BC)- All the words of Adonai and the ordinances
- M oses told all the words of Adonai, as well as all the ordinances
- A ll the people with one voice said they would do all that Yahweh had spoken
- M oses wrote the words of Adonai down
- T ook the Scroll of the Covenant and read it to the people
- A gain all the people said they would do and obey
- S ealed by a blood covenant
- W ent up on the mountain for 40 days and 40 nights
- A ll the people, the multitude which included Israelites as well as foreigners, were required to keep all the ordinances

Exod-31 (1446 BC) - Shabbat
- You (the multitude) must keep my Shabbat
- as a sign
- between Yahweh and the multitude
- throughout the generations
- So you (the multitude) will know I am Adonai who sanctifies you
- Keep it because it is holy for you
- Everyone who profanes it will die
- whoever does any work will be put to death
- Israel is to keep the Shabbat throughout their generations
- as a perpetual covenan
- It is a sign
- between Yahweh and Israel forever
- for in six days Adonai made heaven and earth
- on the seventh day he ceased for work and rested
- THEN he gave Moses the two tablets of the Testimony (these are the ones Moses smashed)

Exodus 33 - The Lord said leave, go out to the land I promised on an oath to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Abrahamic)
Exod-34 (1446 BC) - Second set of tablets
- Before all your (Moses) people I will do wonders
- such as have not been done in all the earth or nation
- all the people will see the work of Adonai
- Obey what I am commanding you today
- I will drive out enemies before you
- Watch yourself and make no covenant with the inhabitants of the land where you are going
- it will become a snare among you
- break down their altars
- smash their pillars
- cut down ther Asherah poles (trees)
- bow down to no other god
- Adonai is a jealous for His Name
- they will prostitute themselves with their gods and sacrifices
- you will be invited
- you will eat from their sacrifice
- do not take theri daughters for your sons
- Do not make metal gods
- Keep the feast of Matzot (Unleavened bread)
- for in the month of Aviv you came out from Egypt
- Every firstborn is Mine
- Six days you will work, seventh rest
- during plowing time and harvest you must rest
- Observe the feast of Shavuot (First Fruits)
- Observe the Feast of Ingathering (?? tabernacles or trumpets)
- Do not offer the blood of My sacrifice with hametz
- nor should the sacrifice of the Passover Festival remain until morning
- Bring the choicest firstfruits of your land to the House of Adonai your God
- do not boil a kid in its mother’s milk
- Moses - write these words for based on these words I have cut a covenant with you and with Israel
- Moses stayed 40 days and 40 nights
- He did not eat bread or drink water
- He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant: the Ten Words
- The skin of his face was radiant because God had spoken to him
- He gave all Israel the mitzvot that Adonai had spoken to him
