Kingdom of Heaven is often used out of respect for the Jewish people who do not want to use the name of God. It is also referred to as the Kingdom of God or specifically, where God Reigns.

Reign of Heaven is not a future state or place, it is a current state experienced now, here on earth.
- Luke 17 :20 Now when Yeshua was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with signs to be seen. 21 Nor will they say, ‘Look, here!’ or ‘There!’ For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst.” (TLV)

The Reign of Heaven exists when one has given over completely to the authority, kingship, leadership, and rule through Jesus to God. The person literally brings “Where God Reigns” aka Heaven to earth.
